  1. The Defenition of a sucsessful student is a student who has honor roll . A student who never has tardy days or absent days unless its an emerqency , or its excused . The student , as every student should have a weak subject , but should be able to still notice and understand what has to be done , and keep up with the A or B they are qettinq . This student should always complete homework , and qet to class on time , without excuses or cominq late . The student should always complete his classwork , and can talk a FEW times . This is my defenition because i KNOW students who match up my defenition , and are takinq SENIOR classes in SOPHMORE or FRESHMEN year . it would be nice to have their qrades . To be a sucsessful student at BCLA , you should follow up on the same Defenition I qave , and they will be FINE at BCLA .
Ive been sucsessful , academic wise , and sportwise . I need to improve some academic wise . I would tell a 9th qrader cominq in next year to buckle up , because hiqh school is NOT a qame , like middle school is .

  2. My definition of a successful student is the total opposite of me. I say this because I don’t do all of my work and I don’t stay on top of my game. So basically a successful student to me is that they do all of their work, stay on top of their game, pay attention in class, and if they need help they ask for it when they get the chance to do so. This is my definition because my sister and brother do this and they get all A's and B's. But I do the total opposite and get A's and B's and C's and D's and F's. For me I need to improve on all of my student skills. But the top one that I need to work on and improve on big time is doing all of work. The second most important thing that I need to work on is asking questions and paying attention in class more often. This will help me with the one big thing that I need to work on because if I pay attention more and ask more questions because then I will be able to complete my work in and out of class. The advice that I would give to a incoming ninth grader is to get some what close with your teachers because that will definitely help you out. And you can always go to other teachers for help if you need it. Also to try and complete all of your work when you are assigned it. If you don’t do any of this then you will be in the lowest possible place that you could be in.

  3. The definition of a successful student at BCLA is someone who puts effort into everything he or she does. They want perfection when they are working on a project or a test. Someone who takes their work seriously and has goals in life, they know where they are headed in the future. That is my definition because to be successful you have to want it. I have been successful because from last year I have improved in different subjects like math because I used to be terrible at it and now I’m getting up there. My skills went up because I asked for help more and I was more focused than I was last year. To a ninth grader I would tell them to do their work seriously because it’s no joke when you’re trying to get into a good college. Unless you want to be a janitor.

  4. A definition of a successful student is a student that does all their work. Who participate in classes. A student who leads their own path of succeeds in life on there goal. It takes a successful student in BCLA to do what I’ve said. And if that person did, they would succeed. And accomplish their dreams. I don’t need to improve on nothing because I’m ahead of my game. And I know what I’m doing is right. So there’s no need for some bull crap. The advice I’ll give on upcoming 9th qrade is, it’s your choice to what you wanna do and how yu wanna do it. No is not stopping you except you. Follow your heart and mind. Into succeeding.

  6. The definition of a successful student is a student that always does things on time, is always on task, a student that is always prepared, and gets good grades. A successful student also does whatever it takes to do good work and standing out. This is my definition because it tells all the things a student needs to graduate. It is also my definition because it is the guidelines that I follow sometimes to do well, and it always works. A successful student at BCLA is a leader and sets an example for others. A successful student at BCLA is always nice and polite to everyone. To a new student at BCLA next year I would tell him not to be shy or anything because then you miss out on a lot. I would tell the kid to be nice to everyone and never try and start trouble. I would say that to be a god student at BCLA you have to be able to manage your time well and never leave anything to the last minute.

  10. For me I see a trend of how a successful student is but everyone just puts them into another way of saying it. And its a 50/50 on if you need to improve and if you dont need to improve.

  12. A successful student is a student that always does all there work and takes advantage of all the opportunities that he/she could take, that student never gives up and always try to do better each day. The student that is nice and respectful to teachers and his/her friends. Also a student that is always prepare for school. This is my definition of a successful student because I know a lot of people that did all this when they were young and they are very successful people now. I have been successful in school so far I am getting good grades I have a lot of friends and I am trying to keep up all my good grades by keep trying hard and being respectful to everyone. I need to improve on my tendency to procrastinate. My advice to a 9th grader next year will be to always pay attention in class and do all there work that there teachers are asking them to do.

  13. Definition

The definition of a good or well student to me is that they do every last thing that they have to do. They behave and study and do everything right and that is not only in school to me it is also out of school. They are a good remodel in and out of school they behave like a respectful lady or a nice gentleman. I think this because the kids or students that do this get better grades then the ones who don’t do this. I have been successful when I do try and I think that that is a part of it 2.
    Trying
I need to improve on trying in not just in one class but in ALL my classes and try to be interested in what I am learning. And also try to become a teacher pet because sometimes that work and it help you know things better and faster so u or I can stay a head of the class.

    Advice
My advice is that they really have to be prepared for anything and everything. And procrastination is never going to help with anything. Also that you have to stay on top of your game and that friends are not everything but they are good to have put your homework first. Also when doing this don’t forget about having fun when doing this.

  16. Definition of a successful student is the achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted. One who is enrolled or attends classes at a school, college. My definition of a successful student is one who is in school or the education system and achieving his or her best. This is my definition because this is how I look at it. To be a successful student at BCLA is to stay on top of the ball and stay focus. I have done my class work my homework got honor roll and get extra help when needed. I get what I need to get done and stay focused. In history I need to be more focused because it’s kind of hard to listen to constants speaking
